Repairs by our service provider have been completed, it appears everything is back to normal.

We are down due to an outage at our service provider. There is no ETA at this moment, we will stay up to date here and through our Twitter account @Dwispinfo.

All systems have returned to normal, the crews have completed the repairs. We apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately it was beyond our control.

OUTAGE UPDATE!
Crews have begun splicing the fiber at the accident site, still no hard ETA on the repair but they are making progress!

SYSTEM OUTAGE!
All outbound Internet Services are down due to a fiber cut after an accident on Hesperia Road. Car took out power pole and fiber was cut, car then started on fire burning pole etc. so that prohibited any repair crews from accessing the fiber. The power was out as well and Edison crews have to repair the power first then the fiber repairs begin. This is totally out of our control and service will restore automatically. There is no need to do anything to your radio, router or computer.

All services have been restored from the outage this afternoon. The system is still running slow and we are replacing equipment over the weekend so your service may be interrupted from time to time.

Everything receiving service from Quartzite Mountain is down. As of 3pm we are enroute to repair.

We are experiencing a degradation in throughput. We realize the system has been slowed down this week and are working to mitigate the problem. Hopefully this will be corrected before the weekend. If you have a question, please give Tech support a call at 760-245-1860.
